We completed a bridge widening project in Chateau Elan to improve safety and accessibility for the surrounding homeowners. The existing wood deck was removed, the bridge was widened by two feet on each side, the load rating was increased, and the surface was finished with new asphalt. The entire upgrade was completed with only a single 13-hour closure, ensuring reliable access for residents, deliveries, and emergency vehicles with minimal disruption.

We completed a full parking lot expansion project in North Georgia, adding over 50 new parking spaces and improving site capacity. Our team provided comprehensive grading and sitework services, exporting more than 500 loads of dirt, building a new retaining wall, repairing existing walls, and installing a high-performance paver system. This project showcases our expertise in commercial site preparation, drainage improvements, and parking lot construction throughout Gainesville and the North Georgia area.

Phase 1 of this major dealership transformation is complete. Cornerstone Site demolished the existing building, stripped the metal structure to its frame, and removed concrete and asphalt to make way for a full expansion and renovation.
